Any recommendation for the must go places. Will be visiting in June for 10 days. How many days to allocate for South and North?

try the East Coast of the northern island. if you're the adventurous type, take the heli to White Island from Whakatane. It is hailed as the only active volcanic island in the country. the nearby spots such as Mount Maunganui, Coromandel beaches also provide a good honeymoon spots too.
