Hi i am confuse, me and my bf planning to have our ROM on 1st July this year.

I need someone to help me out. We are planning to have the event done at the hotel but we are looking around for the venue.

At this moment do i need to confirm the venue, time & date first before we find the JP and do the filing? Or can i do the filing first then confirm the venue and JP?
 
I remember someone mentioned must book the JP 3 months before hand.
And information such as time date and venue to be provided to the JP .
