Hi all, have some enquries.

Am going to file for D. However, there are a few complications.

1) me and my partner has a fixed bond with the bank, the bond only matures in 4 years time. If break bond will have to pay a huge sum of money.

2) I want to file for seperation,so that in the 4 years that we are living apart, we can wait for the bond to finalize so that we both won't break it, the thing is my partner's mum has adultery photos, and I'm afraid that she will ask my partner to sue me for adultery.

That means we will have to break the bond and pay alot of money, and she will get half of all my assets + the bond right?

Please advise. Thanks.

by any chance is ur wife also here asking for the 50% income thingy aka ur assets?

fishhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

breaking your bond shld be the last thing on ur mind now. U shld be worrying more abt how ur partner is going to sue u on grounds of adultery.

sorry for being harsh, but no sympathies from me.

knnbccb!

You simply deserve the ultimate just dessert.

i hope your wife will be mindful to use those evidence to her full advantage.

and wtf all you think abt is the penalty of breaking the bond.

You deserve no sympathy nor advice. Burn in hell.

Roughpatch,

To be honest, you won't be getting much sympathies here as a guy and more especially so when you fcuked it up...
Look around you. This is a SG Brides Forum; do you think you stand a chance of getting help here?
Even a snowball have more chance in hell than you right now.

Look at it this way...it's like I gamble excessively and loan a lot of money from loan sharks...and I asked for advice from Police on how to avoid paying back thhe loan shark... How would that sound?

The way I view it...you fcuked it up; you take it like a man and accept the penalties that you have to pay...instead of trying to weasel it out like what you are attempting to do right now.

If we were to provide you with advice on how to weasel out of this current predicament; what's to prevent you from doing it another time and screwing up the life of another gal...

Learn from this mistake...

Just pay some money and seek proper legal advice. Your lawyer should be professional enough to give you proper legal guidance.

yo man, Doll's rite. seek some legal consultation...

although u have your mistakes, i'm not gonna be like some of the pple here and assume your wife is an angel... it's a common mistake that when 1 person commits adultery, the spouse is Immediately assumed & thought of as an innocent party... i've been around long enough to see adultery happen due to poor marriages so no pointing fingers from me.

it is a good step to protect your own financial interest, cos u will be protecting your future wife, children and your parents... (which i doubt some pple even bother thinking abt before jumping the gun and putting u to the stake). BUT if u're really serious abt it, i guess u Have To spend some moola to get your facts rite... and tat's where legal advice comes in.

i do not understand the nature of your bond, but a simple 50/50 split should be in order. all i wanna say is - Be Fair, and be abit Generous. dun use legal Against your spouse if she is truly innocent to the whole affair and has not done anything wrong except to trust u.

money can earn, but lives destroyed - we cannot repair them. if u were to part, the least u can do is to ensure that her path is smoothened at the beginning... rather than destroy her...

think abt things, then do the RIght Thing...

who paid for the bond? You 100%?

If it is shared then why would she jeopardize it?

the best outcome for a couple splitting is to do it amicably - even if you think you may lose out in some ways - because generally it will be win-win.

Fighting legally is pointless if things can be settled amicably.
