I have been with my foreigner girlfriend for almost 2 years. Everything is going fine. But I would still like to ask for the worst scenario in marrying a foreign wife.
Currently I own a resale flat all by myself and have been servicing my mortgage loan all the while without taking any forms of grants from HDB.
1) Assuming if either party decided to annul the marriage within 3 years OR divorced after 3 years, without any children, will my wife be entitled to have a share of the flat if she did not contribute any of it?
2) Assuming if either party decided to annul the marriage within 3 years OR divorced after 3 years, with a SG child, will my wife be entitled to have a share of the flat if she did not contribute any of it?
What else can she ask from me in both cases?
