Neck Acnes

I had been suffering from neck acnes and its getting really bad! Had tried to see western doctors and was only oral medication for 3 months but its not helping.

Thinking of seeing a TCM, not sure if it will helps. Anyone had similar incident?

According to my friends in the beauty line , they say neck acne is caused by hormonal changes, sweat, or simply caused by congestion. You might need to go for those extraction facial to clear it , if not they will keep popping out side by side and will spread. But if it is hormonal then may need to seek doctor for those estrogen pills.
 
Sometimes, neck ache can be many reasons...as for mine..it is due to long hours facing the computer. Occupational sickness!
Normally, I will go for hair wash inclusive of massage or acupuncture. The one very famous in Balestier. Mei Er physician.
