MUA for Mother(-in law)

Hi I'm thinking to get MUA on my actual day for my mother and mother-in-law.

Does anyone have recommendations or experience with MUA for mothers?
Roughly how long would it take and how much would it cost?

Also, I'm thinking should be it be for the morning (before the tea ceremony), or for evening (before the banquet), or both? Anyone with experience can help?

If in the morning, can the MUA for my mother-in-help with my htb's hair?
