Market rate for a 1C diamond solitaire

Potentially looking to buy a diamond for my wife, with the following spec:

1 carat
E colour
excellent cut
VVSI in clarity
colourless

5 years back i bot a 0.75 carat with similar properties at sgd9k. I bot a diamond solitaire and got it mounted on a ring, at Canary.

What is the current going rate? Want to have an idea of the price.

With the spec right now in the market, it will cost ard 12-15k for it. You really dote your wife alot
