I am a Malena Bride. Tbh if I have a choice, I would have sign the package with other bridal studio instead.

Hi Kwwh, long story short, their service wasn’t the best. It was just ok. They don’t have quite a lot of staff to begin with and I understand that they are all busy helping with the relocation of the shop now. I am just disappointed that they have also started to be unresponsive to text messages/email/phone call. So yea.. is definitely not a good time for you to sign up with them right now.
