Something we advice our bride to do weeks before the big day. Stay hydrated, eat fruits n vegetables, get enough sleep daily, do your usual skin care routine, eat your usual supplements, don’t do anything drastic to your skin a week or twop before your wedding as you never know if you are going to get an allergic reaction or something. You want your skin to be hydrated and glowing. Makeup will stick to your skin better and longer.
