Hi all, just to share my experience.
I have got the M1 1box free for 1 year as a package sign up for fiber and mobile plan. But seemingly it is of no use at all. Left it under my bed for 1 year and now I need to return the box as M1 keeps charging for it. And because I didn't have the time to return it I am paying for it for a few months already. Yesterday, I manage to belong it to one of the M1 main shop to return it. Took the queue number. Waited for 30 mins. But only to found out that I need to return the 1box to the specific shops. And there are only 3. Now, I am very angry coz there was any notes at the shops to inform the customers as all the other providers collect their stuff at their main shop. Now I have to make another trip to their specific shops to return the box or I will continue be charge a certain amount.
So, my advice for all is NOT TO GET THESE M1 1box. Even if they give u fee for 1 year. Totally of no use and after 1 year still need to travel far away to return the box.
