Hi ladies, here's for me to share alittle.. We would require to eat enough "cleaner food" as in no high sugars & keep away of fried food as we are trying to lose the existing flabs stored & detoxify the body from accumulated toxins.. That's why we're to stick to a specific diet for the 3 weeks. But dun worry, they teach us how to maintain the body, it takes about 2 weeks to stabilize the body before we can feast into the "unhealthy food"..
I went through 4 rounds & happy with my size, i am on my usual occasional carrot cakes, nasi lemak & fried spring chicken.. I eat in moderation, sometimes buffet la.. So "stabilizing" the system is very important.. Try not to exercise too much cos muscles weigh more than fats, jus feel your inches loss then..
