Not a lady here but a htb, you can consider gym training with your htb and dieting (NOT STARVING YOURSELF).
DIET
- Stop drinking sweet drinks such as coke or ice lemon tea, etc.
- Lower carbs intake from your diet, half a bowl of rice per day at most.
- Take more protein rich foods such as salmon, chicken, broccoli.
- No fried/oil/fast food.
- Drink loads of water.
(These few things can help you shave off around 1~3kg alone with minor exercise(walk 10k steps a day))
TRAINING
- Try HIIT workouts with your husband to be, which will help you burn calories and fat up to 24~48hours after your work out. which definitely beats running.
- Run or Jog for 20~30mins at least 3 times a week to up your metabolic rate.
If you are able to properly do the Diet and Training for the 2 months or 1 months it will be easy for you to lose 5kg.
