I have a very bad experience with Wedrock Weddings. Jessica, the wedding planner, proposed a time to meet-up and then did not reply my email to confirm. When I smsed her, she said she was not available for meet-up. I was already annoyed at that point of time, she had 5 days to confirm and did not reply my emails. There was no follow-up whatsoever. I decided to not reply to her sms and then she smsed me that our appointment was never confirmed in the first place. That made me so furious. It showed how unprofessional she is! To miss replying an email, and on top of that, pushing the fault to a potential customer. As a wedding planner, you should make the life of a bride easier. Not make it more difficult, am I right?
