I'm going to ROM this Dec and i'm looking for a solemnsation venue for 30 to 50 pax with scenery view.
budget around 4.5k.

hi, u may consider royal plaza on scotts. nice scenery with glass window instead of normal ballroom. wil be holding my solemnization cum wedding October this year.
