letting go: wedding lunch at pan pacific 25 tables 4th sep 2016‏
looking for a couple to takeover the below wedding lunch package. Date is fixed, need to confirm by end may latest. Based on the calculation for 25 tables, the remaining payable to hotel is about $29k ($1,163 per table).
We signed up for this package during the pan pacific road show last September.

25 tables(minimum) of 10 pax - $1128 ++per table
Net amount for banquet: $33,191.40 nett($1128 x 25 table + 10% service charge + 7% GST)
deposit paid: $ 3,000
Less credit waiver: $ 1,118.15 ($38 x 25 table + 10% service charge + 7% GST)
balance for banquet: $29,073.25 nett

package inclusive of-
-7 course lunch
-$38++ credit waiver from hotel (included in above calculation)
-per luncheon mocktails (100 glasses)
-chef's choic of complimentary 5 platters of 30 pcs canapes butler-passed during cocktail
-1 bottle of hotel's selected house pour red or white wine per confirmed table
-2 night stay in bridal suite with breakfast for 2
-provision of 1 day-use room for helpers (9am - 5pm)
-full-course trial lunch for a table of 10
-unlimited beer, soft drinks mixers and tea
-complimentary bottle of champagne
-wedding invitation card (exclude printing costs, based on 70% of guaranteed attandance)
-wedding signing scroll
-pre or post lunch snacks for newly weds on wedding day
-complimentary cask park coupons for up to 20% of guaranteed attendance
-two VIP car park lots
