Yes for both emcee (Chinese and English) and live band.
Depending if your banquet location allows them to use their sound system. If not, there will be additional charge of $300.
My banquet at temasek club comes with sound system so i saved $300 =)

That's really good. My banquet will be held at Marina Mandarin and they disallow tapping into their AV system. So I need to pay extra $300 if I am keen to engage any live band.. :/
Yeah another bride from Hilton also told me that she will need top up $300 as they do not allow outsiders to use their sound system as well

Yea.. They are afraid of overloading their system. So they only provide the basic - 2 wireless microphone.
