There is no term and condition. But ask the gift was from Sep. I'm not sure will u still be able to claim.
Anyway if u r interested, u can go ahead to use it as I signed a package with other bridal shop. Don't need $500, just give me a pass over fee of $200 will do as a token of thank u.
But do allow me to double check with YC can I still claim. To double check, u interested just the gown or going to sign package with them?

Dear all interested parties, after much discuss and argument with my htb, He don't agree to let go of the voucher at$200.
The final amount agreed with him is $300 and that is the final.
William if u agree, reply me soon.
If not I have to let go to other parties.
