The venue and space is ideally for wedding banquet or company functions such as D&D Venue: Ballroom: orchid ballroom No. Of table: 15-22(subjected to your requirements of more of less) Charges: $13,000 for price of 15 tables (original price was $16,000-negotiable with other perks).
Transfer of ownership can be done when genuine interested party is found. No cash needed while transferring!
In the event that transfer is a success deemed to holiday inn, the balance between your contract and my contract with holiday inn will be paid by me.
Therefore $13,000 for you, balance of 3,000 will be bear by me. I'm also willing to give you discount by absorbing x percentage of your total table cost. Genuine parties please email me [email protected].
