- good location, likely the lowest price in the Orchard stretch.
- $1180 nett per table
- Live video streaming in ballroom for march in during banquet
- Mood lighting selections
- Themes selections

Deposit paid and open to negotiation. Willing to let go at a small price.

Transfer of ownership can be done for any date in 2017 as long as it's available and can be transferred for wedding lunch banquet.
