Lesson for Brides looking for facial

I developed rashes after facial at Kira just before my wedding. I had to see 2 doctors and was traumatized. I signed package hence have no choice but to go back & use my remaining treatments. There was a change of manager at NEX lately and things got worst. When I arrived for my regular facial appointment at 7pm last week, I was shocked to receive a sarcastic remark by Desiree Ng(new manager) for being late. When I asked if the staff were new as I have not seen any of them before, I was being mocked at by Desiree. Desiree did not introduce herself until I ask and she proudly said that she have been working in Kira for very long and is the Business Development Manager (which was a lie). I told Desiree that I need to go to the toilet before the facial starts and she told me in a condescending tone that she will talk to me when I am back. It was alarming that the Business Development Manager representing Kira in front of customers can be so rude.

I came back from the washroom feeling very unwelcome and was further irritated when Desiree asked me what treatment am I doing like she was not prepared even though I booked my facial 1 month in advance. I reminded her that I am doing facial and she immediately informed that I cannot do facial tthat day and demanded for me to change to a treatment that require shorter time as she needs to knock off at 8pm. I have been arriving at 7pm for all my past facials with Kira and my beautician normally finish my facial at 9pm and sometimes even 9.30!

I told Desiree that I am not willing to change my facial appointment and expressed my unhappiness with her attitude towards me. Instead of apologising, Desiree became defensive and gave me a lecture that Kira closes at 8pm. Desiree did not respect Kira's customer nor make an effort to understand Kira's customer; she was very irresponsible and just want to knock off on time at the expense of customer's convenience.

At that point of time I was extremely furious, Desiree reluctantly brush me off to get change. I told Ann (the beautician) to inform Desiree to pass her business card to me after the facial as I would like to make a complaint. After my facial, I was stunned to find that Desiree have left for the day and did not leave any business card for me. I am extremely disappointed that Kira's Manager can totally ignore a customer's request and treat customer so indifferently. I asked for Desiree's Superior's contact and the staff refuse to provide me. They brush me off by saying that they will sms me the next day when they find out.

I waited for the whole of Friday but did not receive any sms nor reply from Kira. Since my feedback is being blocked from reaching the management, I could only feedback to Kira through your general enquiries email found on your website. I sent the email below but received no reply. I tried calling the HQ many times as well but no one pick up my calls.

I have to specially travel all the way down to NEX branch to obtain Kira's boss contacts as there was no reply. Desiree was not at the branch that day and her staff called her to inform her that I was there to make a complaint. The phone was passed to me and I gave Desiree another chance to apologize. To my horror, Desiree was not only not apologetic, she lied to me again saying that her boss have already replied my email. I was very sure that I did not receive any reply and raised my voice because I am very unhappy that she is still trying to brush me off with a lie. Even after knowing that I was angry, Desiree warned that I should not raise my voice and threatened to call the police to arrest me and then hung up the phone on me.

Please do not sign any facial package with Desiree Ng from NEX Kira because this is what you get after spending thousands of dollars!
