Is it fine to ask colleagues to be sisters..

I am quite ok not really Best friends but we so get along quite OK..

I don't think there's a problem. I was jiemei for a few of my colleagues before. I guess most importantly u must be comfortable with them and trust them to a certain extent.

Four to six is the norm i guess. But I've seen some ladies with ten or more! So it depends on each individual's situation, and what you need help and support with.
