Hi all

I went for MRI and the gynae told me I do have cyst which causes irregular menses.
Any professionals here able to tell me if it is possible to regulate my menses with the cyst (other then taking Yasmin)?

Its troubling and I am getting married soon. Wish to be worry-free before i get married

Hi phy, mind me to ask whether doctor told you the irregular menses is caused by ? Cos before I slim Down I had irregular menses as well as imbalance hormone problem. Then after I slim down this problem has reduced alot.
So must find out wat are the cause of irregular menses first .
 
Hi phy! what did the doctor decide to do with your cyst? Cos, if he/she just observing, the cyst will most likely get bigger to a point that you may need surgery. ANother alternative is to invest in a good range of supplement that can help to reduce your cyst size and number, make you healthier and regulate back your menses. Did the doctor ask you to remove? But i know that once you have cyst, there is chances to have it after removing. Last time i also have irregular menses, perhaps due to stress. But after taking some TCM product, it solve and now every mth will come on the dot.

My irregular period is caused by hormones, or rather the lack of. They become very regular when i take hormone (contraceptive) pills.

The doc wanted to monitor me for a while, but i have been rather busy and did not fix an appt with her.

She did mention that as long as i have abt 3 times of regular bleeding in a year, im still fertile haha.
 
Hi phy, same here my menses issue was caused by hormonal too. Frankly speaking by taking contraceptive pill only to suppress, sorry to say doctor only know pills to control but nvr get rid if root cause haiz
 
Yes i agree! Thats why i was wondering if there is anything i can take to correct the hormones.
