I NEED HELP DESPERATELY~!!! (URGENT)

Dear All,

I sincerely need your advices.

The problem is that my boyfriend's father has just passed away this September 2007, so do we have to get married within the 100 days or we have to wait till 3 yrs later?

People who are Buddhists or Taoists believed that marriage for the couple can be prepared only after 3yrs but my bf is Catholic so he does not believe in this at all.

The problem is that my family are Buddhists and they believed that it will bring bad luck to the families and us if we do it within 3 yrs. Another concern is that we have planned to get married by end of December 2008.

What should we do now? Pls advise us. Thank you.

Doreen...i have only one idea for u...u know throw the 1/2 crescent <pai bu -hokkien> asking the god or spirts if they are ok with ur suggestion..sometimes it is just that wishes of the death..that play a major part too...hope this can help u?

Thanks for the comment. Anyway, I have tried asking for advice from Goddess of Mercy and the divine lot results is to make sure that I should not follow actions taken by foolish people. It means that I should not to take any actions at the moment. "Remain unchanged and wait patiently for the good chance to come".

i guess you can ask some priests abt this matter. I think they can give you better advice

HI doreen, any updates? did you get marry within 100 days? well fyi - i did. My grandpa pass away and i got marry wihtin 100 days. And if you give me a 2nd chance, I would not do it. I would tell my parents to go ask more about it and 1 year apart is acceptable already in this society and no longer 3 years!! And don't ruin their daughter once in a life time for this stupid practice!
