I committed adultery

Jas: there are other exclusions to ending a marriage... it is up to him and not you to choose to acknowledge the adultery or otherwise. Check with them if the clause: "doing things for each other" equates to both parties or simply stands if one party continue to do thing for the other?

hi, Jas, can't offer u much help except if u need and Private Investigator, I can recommend u a trustworthy one. If u are interested, pm me.

hey, u cannot file a divorce on the grounds of adultery if you are the one who's committing it. Your husband has to be the one to file against you, AND he must add that he finds it impossible to tolerate staying with you.

If both of you continue staying together 6 months after your husband learns of your adultery, the court will not grant adultery as a valid ground for divorce.

very strange, it seems that he did nothing wrong as your parents still likes him. and also he still loves you by doing things for you and care for the family by buying things for family.

on the other hand, you want out. No reason... no third party (how to comit adultery), etc...

You are going till the extend of trying to fake adultery to get out.

There must be a damm big story bahind this. Problem must be solved and escaping is never a option. If you have problems and choose to escape or avoid, wats makes you think you could deal with other problems in life when they surface?

We may not know wat have you been through and not in the position to comment, but indeed you have not told us wat are you facing.

I may not be qualified to advice you but I believe there are many more than qualified forummers who have tackled worse problems than you have ever think of and could give you better advice than just thinking how to divorce by faking adutery.

Try us with your story.....

Jas, i think i know what you are going through. same situation. For me.. i moved out. in fact i moved to another country.
finally after 6 months, he get the point.. and now is in the messy process of thinking how to divorce.
sometimes, its not some big story, sometimes it is. but there is no use using adultery to force divorce on him.
the only thing you can do now - if he refuse to just say good bye - 4 years seperation. No other way. the MOST important thing now.. is to let your parents know, and get them to support you. they liking him alot is no basis for you to be intwined in something you dont want. I hope you are sure and definite about the decision. as long as your parents agree with you, he will have no choice but to leave..

u can file for separation and after separation of 4 years , u can get divorce without any fuss

i think u need to involve some 3rd party to deliver the message that ur marriage with him is over and make him give up on the marriage. that will shorten the period of waiting for the divorce. if not you have to wait 4 years before u r legally divorced.
