Unreasonable to divorce, according to my friend, they need to find out what sort of grounds to justify unreasonable.

Pls just provide evidence and pass it to your husband. I'm sure it's enough for him to file for divorce with you. Unless, he really love you alot till he's willing to forgive you?

Then gotta wait. Cos, he's doing the punishment back towards you. Hehe..... There are cases out there which are exactly like that. Probably you try read around.
 
i tried to file for divorce thru ura, but then was ready for admiting adultrey, cos frd advise me not to. And the reject me, not a gd reason

now i just want to end this even admiting adultrey.
can i file for it?

It's not that easy as you think. Cos, as long as your spouse refuse to, there's absolutely nothing you can do. Be it you'd committed adultrey or not.
 
if either one party don't wan the marriage and do things the other don't like, then the marriage can be dissolve also.
 
There's no such thing as can't divorce..if one is adamant and insisting then he/she can file for divorce and wait out to the max 4 years as required
 
prob is i dont wish to drag, if keep on drag come to the end it still the same.

Speak to him bah. Or, move out lor. Won't be so suffering anymore. Since he refused to divorce, you forcefully move out. Until you both can divorce base on the ground that you already stay apart for long time. When you stay separately, you can also tell youself, you are away from him already mah.

Since you are so sure in getting a divorce and he is not willing. What you can do just move out and live your own life. Is just a matter of time he will file for divorce instead.
 
it been 7 yrs, i really dont wish to carry on like that.

Hi Jas, if you not ready to live alone then you will never get out of this situation if he still refuse to leave. How about staying with your bf/fren ?

don't advise you to go for adultery as the ground for divorce as it will be to your disadv and will not help to dissolve the marriage. It is easier to discuss verbally, if you keen just PM me.
 
i was been told that no way for me to file for divorce,

1. adultrey - no
2. 2 yr desertion - no
3. unreasonable behaving - no
4. separated, 3 yr with consent - no
5. separated, 4 yr without consent

nos 4 and 5 must included,

no doing anything for both parties included no washing, no cooking, no outing, no intimate or giving money etc..

i couldnt stop him do thing for us, he keep giving my parents money, or me ought i refuse to take and keep buying thing for the house.
 
Jas: U didn't realli provide us with more details for us to realli advise you here... secondly, either he realli love you, else, why would he want to be sticking around when he apparently knows that you are no longer interested in him? third, check with lawyers if living in different rooms consist to separation in a way, if yes, perhaps you can try it out...
 


i decided to end this and i got no idea what to do.

i went down to URA that what she told me,
there is no reason for me to file for divorce,
unless both parties stop doing thing for each other. Ought staying in one roof is ok, just stop doing thing for each other.

and she told me even, i look for pte lawyer they will tell me the same thing too.

i cant stop him, and i want to end this, what i could only think is committed adultrey, end this and thats it.
