Hi Starlove,

You have to get a JP to solemnize your ROM. JPs can be really packed, especially when you are thinking of getting a rather popular one, so I reckon you start searching for one now

Best is about 3 months before ur ROM. If your getting those popular ones you maybe want to book them 6mths before ur ROM.

u can start doing e-filing 3 months before your ROM date. so working backwards, 3-6 months is a safer period like what misstiny said.

and note what megan01 highlighted, if you are looking for a popular JP, please book him/her in advance and have a few more shortlisted JPs just in case your top choices are taken.
