how fast did you get your prewed album

I am actually v late to take prewed shoot, ard 3 months left to my AD.

If I can confirm and take my prewed shoot within these 2 weeks and of course provided they got slot during this 2 weeks to take photo, do you are think the bridal shop will be in time to do up the prewed album in around 2.5 months time and pass me the softcopies for photo montage during banquet?

I desperately want to ask for some information here as I believe most bridal shops will tell me can be done since the market is very competitive and if the album cannot be delivered, we also cant do anything to the bridal shop since most of the payment would have been paid to them liao by the time nearing my AD =x.

BTBs, can help to give me some feedbacks on how fast did you get your prewed album from the time u take the photoshoot ,please?

it can be done but will also be very rushed as the photographer needs to edit the photos before sending them to the printers. the most time consuming portion is actually after the prewedding shoot.

- selection and filtering of photos
- proofing by couple
- editing
- 2nd round proofing
- album design and proofing
- printing

Mine promised me within 2 months ended up became close to 5. It's a risk.

I did my pre-wedding photoshoot exactly 1 month before my AD, as I was getting to the end of my braces treatment, & wanted to wait till they were off.

If I recall correctly, we selected our photos around 3 days after the shoot, & 1st round touch-up took maybe a week more. After that we requested for some further edits, picked the album / frame designs, & got all the finished products with about a week to spare.

So all in all, my studio (Cang Ai) delivered in 3 weeks.

p.s. It probably helped that we stuck to the number of photos in our package, without adding on additional ones. Which meant there were fewer photos to edit, not to mention an easier album layout to plan (most photos just took up 1 whole page, or splash across 2 pages).

My SIL from PW shooting till collect their album only use 1 month to get it. Coz their AD is 1 month after that. It quit rush but the album is nice.
