hotel wedding showcases

Hi, does anyone knows the frequency of hotel wedding showcases? do they hold it once a year or maybe twice a year?

Some of them will have special perks if book with them on the showcase date.. but we have yet to set the date of the banquet.. would be good to know if can "miss" the current showcase and wait for the next one..

Hi Usually at least twice per year... however do note that there are some exclusive hotels who do not do any wedding shows and there are some who does it very constantly, including outdoor fairs.

Hi, can anyone share what are some of the perks given during the hotel wedding shows? supposed to sign on the day of the show for the perks right? Very stressful to make the decision on the day itself..

I feel that if you want to go down for a hotel wedding show, you should already have in mind what you want to ask for ( eg. Corkage waiver, parking, more LCD projector). Check with them on existing package prior to the wedding show. I feel that going to the wedding show is just the see the additional perks and how you feel about it. Else all hotels are almost the same.
IMO there is no 2 similar wedding experience even though it's in the same hotel
