I have seen some organising meeting ups and email lists and such here. But that's probably too restricted to a small group of people, isn't it?
So... Unless anyone is thinking of paying unnecessarily for more secured meet up events with unlimited expansion of participants beyond this forum, how about trying to have a proper website for this purpose?
And it is totally free.
Just make your requests, leave comments to respond, finish. No need to pay. Nice. Simple and sweet, and you can have the pictures there as an option. At least you know who you are meeting up with. And other people elsewhere can come drop by and immediately respond and join the events.
