Hi all, anyone doing buffet dinner instead of chinese banquet? i'm doing buffet dinner but have afew question in mind.

1) will guest all crowded at the buffet station to take food?
2) hotels buffet children counted as 1 pax?

i hope there is ppl that have done theirs or gg to do this please tell me. thanks

i am going to do one.. i am thinking how to control the queue of the buffet.. child above 5 have to pay 70% of the value.
