Help needed for good ROM venues

Hi! I am looking for a good and romantic place to hold my solemnization during mid 2011. I have a few places in mind but need suggestions!

If anybody had held their solemnization at the following places, please tell me how was it, their prices etc okay?

1) One Rochester
2) Changi Village Hotel
3) Singapore Art Museum
4) Asian Civilisation Museum

One Rochester is pretty $$, but it is a lovely price if it is within your budget

We considered ACM and it has a lovely ambiance in the evening. However the rental for the canopy is quite pricey too... if i remember correctly it was $2,000 or so.

You can consider the Zoo too! It has changed a lot over the years and we're actually holding out customary dinner there (ROM was held on a different date at a simple cozy cafe)
