I'm really lost at this point. I've purpose to my GF and she answer yes. So what I have to do next? I know I have to do the eFiling and a solemnizer. But I don't know the correct procedure.

Can someone please tell me what is the correct procedure? Any recommendation for ROM venue? wish to have my ROM outside.
 
Decide on date, get solemnizer and he'll guide you on ROM part. At the same time, you can look for the venue but decide on budget, how many pax, etc., first. A discussion with your fiancee would be good as her expectations may be different from yours. Good luck!
