Half vegetarian baquet

I'm thinking to hold a wedding banquet with half vegetarian.. Any suggestion or idea which hotel has this type of arrangement?

I think if you are looking at strict vegetarian, hotels might not be your choice but if just normal vegetarian menu, more or less the same.
But some 5 star hotels might not be that flexible.
