Gold or White London Cab

Hi brides-to-be,

Anyone of you wanna rent a london cab (white or gold)? I am thinking of getting one thru my dad's contact. Thought if i get a few of you to join me..the uncle can give a better deal.

The rate i got for full day so far is:
White $400
Gold (i cant rem. its either $450 or $550)
If by hourly rate its abt $40/hr


My AD is March 06.

Yeah man, i search on the web it cost min $588 rite? Ok ok i count u in..but since ur AD is much earlier than me..i will hv to round up my search for brides to be soon before neg with him hee. Btw u prefer which colour or u dun mind either?
At first i wanted Shimmering Gold or Champaigne Gold & since my dad gave me a cheaper option (THE WHITE ONE) i m thinking white also not bad rite? So far only u & me ley...

I'll probably take the white one though I thought the gold one looks good on pics. I don't have any golden stuff to go with the gold cab so it may look odd.

My fiance is thinking of using his friend's car but I'm worried that the car would be too small. A london cab looks big enough to contain my gown.

i've recently booked a london cab for a co. outing with my coll. Happen to sit on a cham. gold one..very spacious inside. It's quite new inside too. I ask the driver how much he is charging he said $580 out front! i just replied ORRRRH I C....haha.

I think i saw a white one on the express way a few days ago...didnt really have a close look though. Guess white goes with everything?
I guess a good florist will be able to deco ur car with the appropriate flowers?

So i will keep a look out for other brides, will keep u guys posted thru email?

i just called the uncle. Good & BAD news...
BAD news is, he just scrap his WHITE LONDON CAB. so now he is driving the GOLD one..think its CHAMPAIGN GOLD. quite nice too.

Happened to met and collected a few london cabs contacts direct from the driver. They are pink, champagne and shimmering gold.

I always see the shimmering and champange gold london cab at city link drop off. Those who wants to have a closer look can take their chances.

Have personally booked and contacted the pink london cab uncle. His rates are quite attractive. Those that are interested can drop me ur mail.

Actually is quite hard to differentiate the two unless they park side by side.You can go to the Tibs london cab website to have a look at the cabs photo. Personally i like Champage Gold better as the colour looks richer.
