Hi AWP,
Do you still have the contact at Sentosa? I'm looking at renting the an outdoor (preferably beach) location and then cater from my own caterer. I'm looking at 100-150 pax. No need all to be seating, can have cocktail tables at the back as I'll only serve cocktails and light refreshments/canapes.
