Friend need advice on catching up with defaulted maintenance for kids

My friend's catching up this issue where her husband is defaulting maintenance payment.

They're not on separation nor divorce. They're staying seperatedly.

She has a court order upon him for fixed monthly maintenance for her 3 kids which is under her care.

Her husband just told her straight that he's not providing maintenance for the kids anymore on grounds he have no money......but yet he traveled overseas(asia) on leisure basis.

Now she's checking on how she can seek court assistance to ensure the maintenance to be served still?

Any advice on this?

to get evidence that he pays for leisure travelling so as to sue him for contempt of court? i don't know

just go to family court 3rd floor, maintenance mediation to enforce the court order.
