anyone heard of ms chu from Artemis Beauty Centre, formerly at Park Mall? any feedback on the service? i think her rate is 1,200 for eyebrow embrodiery.

anyone know how much is Amy from #1 salon charging?

update on rupinis:
did whole face threading (w/o eyebrows)
costed $16,
not satisfied with the service,
the lady was so fast that i think she didnt clear them completely..guess i have to clear the rest by tweezers =( wonder were they so fine that she cant remove by thread??

My reviews > Very neatly done and clean. I'm very satisfied, I would go back again. Also do 5 and get one free, so that's very, very wu hua. The lady boss is friendly too. She has a few employees, so no need to wait very long, especially if it is CNY.
I would like to try their henna treatment next time, got some white hairs to colour.
