IF YOU DON'T MIND YOUR PHOTO ALBUM COVER CRACK CAUSE THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK THE ALBUM WHEN IS ARRIVED THEY ONLY SEE FACES WHICH IS COVER BY BAG AND THEY NEED AT LEAST 1 MONTH TO REPLACE IT.WORSE THING IS ACTUALLY DAY WEDDING ASK U TO USE A CRACK PHOTO COVER ALBUM FOR YOUR GUEST TO SEE . IF YOU GUYS DON'T MIND PLEASE GO AHEAD

Before we sign the contract the wedding planner talk to us very nice and after we sign the contract the wedding planner have attitude to us and their bridal shop have only 1 work 1 wedding planner and sometime she very pushie and even when the album arrived she don't even bother to check and we op for DHL express delivery due to time line very tight. She only see faces and pur at store and don't even inform us the album is arrived until we go down to the shop for fitting and we checked with the staff there then after taking out the album to check then we realize the album cover which is make of tempted glass big crack and she don't even know until the staff inform her. And she reply to the staff as if is normal even is express delivery. She took 1 month to replaced and she ask us to use the crack album for the actual wedding due to haven't replaced. After wedding over she called us for the DHL money . And insist us to pay the money when they never do her proper job. When we go and collect our gown and the staff told us that she on E Leave very suddenly and she have a attitude problem to the customer .
