DIY: Floral hair crowns and boutonnieres

Hi, everyone.

I am planning to DIY floral hair crowns and boutonnieres for the bridal party (aka bridesmaids, groom and his men), and I'm planning to use baby's breath or gypsophila.

Has any one worked with these flowers before? How do they hold up in terms of lifespan? Also, will it be a good idea to work with dried ones, or is it a better option to make crowns and boutonnieres with fresh flowers before drying and preserving them?

Thanks very much!

Fresh ones hold up just fine! I had them for my wedding and it was fine the whole day. Except that if you are making a lot it's very time consuming, so do it a day before and u must keep it in an air-conditioned room to keep it fresh as long as possible!
Tbh, if u are ordering ur bouquet so on outside, it's not too expensive to just get a florist to help make it if u can find a nice florist. Pm me for mine! :)
