Divorce help due to husband having affair

Hi, i am helping my friend to check for more infor and help.Her husband had an affair outside. She had given him one chance, however he lied that he had stop but still continue with it. My friend found out ,so she finally decided to divorce him.I understand that they can immediately divorce if she can prove it. what form of evidence would the court requires. Its not money or any thing she wanted. she just want to cut off the relationship as fast as she could .Its too painful for her. Any one have been through it or could help ?? She does not have much savings and do not earn much. thats why it might be hard to get Private investigator or get a lawyer ...

Go get a lawyer. if cannot afford go Legal Aid and the Legal Aid advise her for $1 if she entitled for it. Google it.. or call them for more info
 
yuki do read up or at least visit legal aid before jumping to engage some private investigator. don pour $ down to pi.
