Debt Consolidation


Hi

I would to know procedure, the time taken and whether after going thru the debt consolidation/management you believe that you have benefitted from it.

instead of wondering what to do, why don't you try emailing them and tell them your situation and see if they are able to help you? i've done that before a few years ago, but unfortunately, they can't help me but they gave me very good advice. after all, they are the experts.

i guess you must be in some kind of debts that keep accumlating. i have been there before and i understand how stressful it can be.

however,i am very fortunate to have my family and a good friend to be with me all these while. i'm sure you have yours too. therefore, be brave and i am sure you will see rainbow soon.

I owe Credit card company about 80K..Untill i have never pay a single cents to them.

What question u have,feel free to ask..i will tell what i know.

Yes they did..They issue court letter to me i still never pay so they come to my house and seziure my belonging..

If u think that u are able to pay them every month then call them and settle with a low mothly repayment to them..In the meanwhile, stop paying for about 2 months..Wait for them to call n call for about 10-15times then u answer,from there then u talk to them...

Hi Serene, writ of seizure on your belongings can be enforced against you even if you are not a bankrupt.

It is just another method that banks or creditors use against debtors to recover debts.

Another way is through small claim tribunals.

Hi Leeyh, seize ur belonging as in u declare bankrupt? Can bank just come and seize even if u don't declare bankruptcy?

Yes they can..As long as u din pay them a single cents,they can go to court and apply sizeure of ur belongings,seziure of belongings is only for one time..first come first serve..after that no bank is allow to do that again.

Just wait n wait see who wanna sue u..Never declare urself as u are going to pay a lawyer fee of i think 2-3k for self declare.
