Hi all, I'm new here
have a housing grant qn, appreciate any advice..
Fiance & I are in the midst of purchasing a DBSS unit. When we applied last month, we also applied for the first timers family grant (30k). We have yet to hear back from HDB.
Q1: Does anyone know if there's an income ceiling grant for DBSS first timers? I know for HDB it's 12k. Is it the same for DBSS? I've read on at leaat one site that it's 10k for DBSS, not sure if that was misinformed/outdated.
Q2: when calculating eligibility for grants, does HDB look at annual income (/12) or monthly income? Reason im concerned is cos our monthly income is below 10k. But calculated annually (Incl variable bonuses) it's 10-11k. :/
Q3: in such cases, if DBSS grant ceiling is 10k, any room to appeal? Anyone with experience?
