Chinese Customary, Solemnization & Wedding lunch in a single day

Help Help!
I'm having my solemnization and wedding lunch on the same day. I think we wont have enough time hence we will skip the gatecrashing.
Was think how the procedure will be like?
How will the chinese customary like?
Will be be like... The groom come over to my house and have tea ceremony. Then, we head back to his house. From his house, we go directly to the hotel or do we have to come back to my house again? In this case, do we have enough time?

My friend did tt and her itinerary was like this:

Gatecrash at bride's house
Go to groom's house
Go to hotel for solemnization
Tea ceremony for both sides at hotel
Banquet

Will work if u don't have a long gatecrash, and if u don't have a lot of relatives to jing cha. I decided to ROM on another day so tt not so rush. Also worry in case ppl late or traffic jam, then all the timing off liao.

Same here, my wedding will be in October and I will be having my solemnization as well as wedding lunch.

My problem is that my earliest timing for fetch the bride is 9am and my wedding venue will be at 1 Degree 15. Both myself and my fiance's house are at bedok so at least travelling between both houses doesnt take v.long. I am thinking of holding the tea ceremony at the hotel to save time, seems to be the best way..

Mine oso same timing.. so for i can oni can leave home at 9am.. den goes to groom house for tea ceremony.. and to rch hotel at at 11am for solemnization and tea ceremony..
