As far as I know, the price per table at road show or email enquiry is the same. Only difference, road show might give more perks, like wavier of cokage, free flow of beer etc...
should be october. if u have some hotels u r interested in u should contact them and check if they are having roadshows because not every hotel will take part. some hotel also do it internally at their own hotel where they will show their suite/ballroom etc.
