Can we use personal vows in ROM office?

I'm going to organize a fuss-free ROM ceremony in the office.

Any tips to share? =)

Also, can we say our own personal vows in the office?

There may be some "mandatory" lines like your statutory declaration to say (but that's more during VD/SD) but when it comes to vows, I suppose there should be some flexibility allowed if you want to say your own personal vows. After all, ROMs held at outside venues are not monitored for the kind of vows you make per se so I don't see why you can't do the same if you have your ROM in the office...
