You can try the western brands, they seem to have higher heels there.
I've seen 6 inches including platform at Nine West, Aldo, Topshop, Steve Madden, Vince Camuto.
The higher ends ones sure have like Jimmy Choo, Giuseppe Zanotti, Christian Louboutin, Miu Miu.
Highly doubt local brands have such high heels.
