Hi there is still an outstanding balance of $2,000 that need to be paid by the interested buyer I am thinking of selling at $1,700 but it might not be that attractive hence i am willing to let go even lower at my last price of $1,500. Hope I address your question. Thank you.

Hi just to clarify the buyer will need to pay the outstanding balance of $2,000. I’m selling at $1,500 which will be used to recover a portion of the deposit of $2,399 I paid. No transfer fee. The terms is not negotiable. What u see in the attachment is what the buyer will be getting.
