Inspired by our well-loved carrot cake recipe, this was adapted into a carrot fruit cake! Made with brown butter, the nutty and cinnamon-spiced flavour of carrot cake balances in perfect harmony with the sweetness and fragrance of mixed fruits (soaked in Earl Grey tea syrup instead of the usual brandy).
Created by our resident instructor, Chef Sarah Tan. This moist and fragrant carrot fruit cake is a refined, non-alcoholic version of the traditional fruit cake you'll fall in love with!
