My sis opt to put as amicable as a divorce ground. Below is the checklist before getting the lawyer to proceed. Do advise if there is more things to be included.
1) Both parties will bear the divorce lawyer's fee equally
2) Both parties will bear the housing agent's fee equally
3) Wife will have half the husband's assets (market shares, car, savings)
4) After flat sold, cpf will be refunded accorded to each party contribution
5) Monthly maintenance as $1
6) Wife insurance, saving should not be divided
