Don't marry him
BTO HDB will be ready in few years times. WTB will stay with HTB family. But, feel uncomfortable on HTB family member's habit.
a. Like smoking inside the house /in toilet
b. brother like playing computer games while listening music (techno, rock..etc) with high volume in night time (sometimes till 1~2 am) in living room
(small HDB lack of room, younger brother have to sleep in the living room)
When WTB told her upset to HTB about these issue, but HTB will feel WTB not understanding, his family already used to this life style why WTB cannot bear with it.
Is really that WTB too narrow-minded? I really don't understand U__U''

Then don't get marry first. I am telling you there is going to be lots of problems coming your way if you stay with his family with those things that you mentioned. Especially when the HDB is small. I believe it is a 3-room flat right? And it is a bit cruel to have the younger brother sleep in the living room... I advise you to wait till your house to be ready first. Why the hurry to move into your HTB house?? You don't like living with your parents?
I can tell you you are going to facing a lot of problems staying in his parents house now such that it will affect your relationships with you HTB and his family.
